Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Event Support & Security:
- Provide security and support for weddings and events, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
- Monitor event areas to prevent and address any issues that may arise.
- Janitorial Services:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure they are always presentable.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
- Maintenance Duties:
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and addressing minor electrical and plumbing issues.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently.
- Report any major maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager for prompt resolution.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure fire exits and emergency routes are clear.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as spills or equipment malfunctions, quickly and efficiently.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager and other team members regarding maintenance needs and event requirements.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies inventory.
